- The European Energy Institute is a non-profit organisation, bringing together some of Europe's leading energy academics. It was established to meet the need for better co-ordination between the existing academic expertise in Europe on energy issues and to ensure a real academic input into both Community and national decision-making on energy issues.
- Expertendatabank - Cel Gelijke Kansen in Vlaanderen (Belgium )
- Expertendatabank contains contact details and expertise profiles of more than 1000 professional women, ethnic minorities and persons with disabilities in a variety of matters. Female, transgender, immigrant and disabled specialists are well represented in our society, but not yet in the media. The expertendatabank wants to increase their visibility in the media and wants to break the stereotype image. Access to Expertendatabank is reserved for journalists and media players. The data from Expertendatabank may only be used for journalistic purposes: creating programs, writing articles or for the gathering of background information. Expertendatabank is an initiative of Flemish Minister of Equal Opportunities Kathleen Van Brempt.

As it addresses researchers in Flanders the web site is in Dutch.
