ASOHNS - The Australian Society of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery (Australia )

ASOHNS is the representative organisation for Ear Nose Throat Head and Neck Specialist Surgeons in Australia, and dates from 1950. ASOHNS needed to bring their web presence into the 21st century. They wanted to be able to provide members with their own area to obtain ASOHNS related information. In addition to this ASOHNS wanted to move their primary members database online and allow members to update their own details. Updating members with regular email bulletins was also required.

A directory website offering listings to Marriage Celebrants in Australia and searching. Google maps was integrated to provide geo-spacial listings and searching.

Beauty Directory (Australia )

Beauty Directory is a members only industry information site for editors in the beauty industry. It provides news and detailed product information about 550 Brands and almost 18,000 products.

Accounting Software Sales and Support site. Custom system for managing software serial numbers and customer registrations.

Celebral Palsy League of Queensland (Australia )

The Cerebral Palsy League of Queensland (CPLQ) was formed in 1948 by a group of concerned parents to provide services that were not otherwise available from other community agencies. Today, CPLQ is the largest non-government disability services provider for people with a physical disability in Queensland. It currently assists more than 3000 people with cerebral palsy and related disabilities, and is supported through fundraising activities, support from the community, the corporate sector and State and Federal Governments.

Cooking Glass (Australia )

Cooking Glass is an educational site providing information about kiln formed glass. The site owner is an industry expert with many years of valuable knowledge and he wanted a way to publish his knowledge and help new artists. Plone was chosen as the preferred CMS to manage the content. Placeful workflows were used to provide protected sections of the site that are only visible to subscribers. E-commerce via PayPal was integrated so that visitors could purchase access to premium content.

Crusaders Union of Australia (Australia )

Crusaders is a Christian holiday camp provider. They manage around 100 camps per year for school age students. The booking process is now entirely online, multiple camps can be booked at once, waiting lists are handled and all payments are online payment gateway payments. Booking data is synchronised with an off-line CRM system on a daily basis.

The Electrical Trades Union of Australia, Victorian Branch, is a progressive and independent union at the forefront of improving the rights and conditions of workers. The ETU represents more than 17 000 members across Victoria working in the electrical and communications contracting industry, power, manufacturing, education, hospitality, aerospace, food and other industries.

Harvey Fellows Online Application System (United States )

Harvey Fellows is a Christian organisation providing scholarships to students throughout the world. They have an annual intake of around 30-50 applicants and generally are faced with 400-500 applications each year. A group of approximately 60 'readers' review all applications in a 3 round collaborative process. The application process used to be an entirely off-line process involving hundreds of documents being photo-copied and mailed around the world and spreadsheets and email communication. Mooball IT developed an entirely online system to accept applications and facilitate reader reviews. Applications are automatically converted to PDF documents for easy management. Plone workflows are used to manage the stages of each application.
